How I handle your data

Data controller

The controller of this website (projectstart.ee) and of the enquiries submitted here is ProjectStart OÜ (Estonian business registry code 17557577). You can raise any question mentioned in this policy using the contact details at the end of this page.

What data I collect

I collect only the data you submit yourself through the contact form: your name and email address, and optionally your organisation, phone number, the service you are interested in and a description of your idea.

In addition, the web server keeps ordinary technical logs such as the IP address and the time of the request. I use these only for security and spam protection.

Why I use this data

The only purpose is to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare our cooperation. I do not use your data for marketing or newsletters, and I do not sell it to anyone.

The legal basis is your consent when sending the enquiry, and steps taken prior to entering into a contract.

How long the data is kept

I keep enquiries for as long as it is necessary for our cooperation or for accounting. If no cooperation follows, I delete the enquiry within two years at the latest.

You can ask me to delete your enquiry earlier at any time.

Who the data is shared with

The contents of your enquiry reach my email inbox and are stored in the website database, which is hosted on the servers of the hosting provider Veebimajutus.ee in Estonia. Apart from these service providers I do not share the data with anyone, unless the law requires it.

Your rights

You have the right to ask what data I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to withdraw your consent. To do so, write to me at the address at the end of this page.

If you believe your data has been handled incorrectly, you have the right to contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.

Changes

If this policy changes, I will update this page and the date shown above.
