How much does it cost?

Every price is fixed and agreed before the work begins. Smaller applications usually stay around a few hundred euros, larger projects around a thousand. You can find the exact prices on the services page.

Is the first consultation free?

Yes. In the first conversation we review the idea and I tell you honestly whether and through which measure it makes sense to proceed. That conversation costs nothing.

Who is the service for?

Mainly sports clubs, non-profit associations and small businesses that run their activity alongside a day job and need practical support with the application.

Which funding measures can you help with?

Among others KOP, KÜSK, local municipality grants, Erasmus+, LEADER, PRIA and EIS. If the measure you need is not listed, just ask, as suitability can always be reviewed.

How long does preparing an application take?

It depends on the measure and how ready the project is. A simpler application is ready in a few days, a larger project takes a couple of weeks. Deadlines are agreed at the start.

Do you also help with reporting?

Yes. When needed I help prepare interim reports, final reports and cost documents so the project is properly closed with the funder.
