About
Who I am and why I do this work
I am Erki. I live in Tartu, I organise an international strength sport competition and I write applications for my own organisations. I came to project writing simply because I had to learn it myself.

Who I am
I know how it feels when an application is simply too big a piece
Most of the people I work with run a club or an association alongside their day job. They are not short of ideas, they are short of the time and the experience to translate an idea into the language of a funding measure. I take that part off their hands, so they can get back to the reason they started in the first place.
The path
How I got here
A short account of what brought me to this work.
It started because I had to manage on my own
I organise an international strength sport competition. Budgets, deadlines and reports were never theory for me, just things that had to get done.
I learned by writing applications, not on courses
I have written applications for my own organisations to KOP, Erasmus+ and EIS. Every measure taught me something that no guide spells out.
I saw where the help is actually missing
A smaller club rarely misses out on funding because the idea is bad. Usually nobody simply has the time to write the application. Large agencies generally do not take on projects between 2000 and 60 000 euros.
That is why my prices are fixed
I wanted a small club to know the cost in advance. So I do not say price on request, I give you a number before the work starts.
And that is why I also say no honestly
If an idea does not fit a measure, I say so at the first conversation, not after sending an invoice. That way neither of us spends time on something that will not carry.
If you want to talk your idea through
Write or call. The first conversation is free and I will tell you honestly whether it can work.
